I found my qigong

I was lucky. I got to know Zhineng Qigong right at the beginning.

My search ended very soon.

I do not need any other qigong system.

Zhineng Qigong is a comprehensive qigong system and offers all I need.

When advancing another exercise may be required. Then I learn another exercise from the system.

Thus it is possible to always adapt my daily practice to my development.
