How well or quick you learn differs from person to person.
Some learn slowly, but thoroughly
step by step, they advance,
even when it takes a bit longer.
Others rush forth, overlook much, learn a few things,
like short-distance runners or sprinters.
To reach the goal quickly, is important for them.
Others are like long-distance runners,
learn rapidly, thoroughly, see a lot, learn a lot,
even if it takes a bit longer.
I know from experience that Zhineng Qigong is
for long-distance runners who continue learning
and practising despite difficulties. Then they reach the goal.
The practice also requires the theory.
Everything takes time. The body has to be trained.
The theory has to be learned and understood.
If you do not spend the time needed for it,
it remains just a sequence of movements, no damage done,
however only a form without contents.
This is about filling the form with contents,
only then you can call it Zhineng Qigong.
In order to let qi flow abundantly and take effect.
