Example Stress and Zhineng Qigong
We practise Zhineng Qigong, let go of everyday stress, we become quiet, we let go, our thoughts come to rest.
Just as we are doing it during practice, we also take it into our daily life.
So we remain quiet even with a heavy workload, we can think quickly and get a lot done.
We have a lot to do, we are very busy, we are not under stress.
