Zhineng Qigong teachers should have reached a higher level than they are teaching. Zhineng Qigong teachers with many years of practice can teach how to practise with a clear objective. Zhineng Qigong teachers should know their own theory, the success depends upon it. Zhineng Qigong instructors practise the respective level with participants of a course. To have learned a level does not suffice for teaching, it suffices however for practising. Nobody would think of having a teacher teach children in the first form who has only just finished the first form himself.
